By accessing and using GuroHero ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on GuroHero for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Sell, transfer, or assign the materials or any rights therein to any third party
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the Service to generate content that violates laws or regulations
• Access or search the Service by any means other than the Service's publicly supported interfaces

In no event shall GuroHero or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if we or a GuroHero authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GuroHero does not warrant that any of the materials on our Service are accurate, complete, or current. GuroHero may make changes to the materials contained on our Service at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all lesson plans, assessments, and educational materials you create or generate using GuroHero. We claim no rights to any content you generate. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service.

Generated Content Ownership

AI-generated content created through our system is provided to you for use in educational settings. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Adapting content to suit your specific classroom and student needs
• Ensuring content complies with your school's policies and curriculum standards
• Verifying that all resources and links provided are still valid and appropriate
• Not using generated content that violates laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights

Educational Framework Attribution

GuroHero is a multi-curriculum AI lesson plan generator that creates lessons across multiple educational frameworks including the DepEd Matatag Curriculum (K-10, 2024 revision), Understanding by Design (UbD), Madeline Hunter model, UK Ofsted standards, Australian 5E model, Singapore MOE framework, Japanese curriculum standards, Chinese educational standards, German curriculum guidelines, Spanish education standards, and more. We do not claim ownership of any curriculum standards or educational frameworks. References to curriculum frameworks are for educational alignment and adaptation purposes only.

7. Credit System

Free Credits

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Free credits replenish every 3 days when completely exhausted
• Free credits do not expire if available balance remains
• Free credits cannot be transferred to other users

Paid Credits

• Purchased credits are permanent and do not expire
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once used
• Prices and credit values are subject to change with notice
• We reserve the right to adjust credit costs and replenishment schedules

Credit Purchase Process

IMPORTANT: GuroHero uses a manual credit purchase system. When you submit a credit request:

• Request Submission: You submit a credit request form indicating your desired credit amount and preferred payment method
• Manual Processing: We review your request and send you payment instructions via email
• Payment Methods: We accept e-wallet transfers (GCash, PayMaya, etc.) and bank transfers as available in your region
• Payment Verification: After you complete payment and submit proof of payment, we manually verify the transaction
• Credit Addition: Once verified, credits are manually added to your account (typically within 24-48 hours)
• No Automatic Processing: This is NOT an automated payment system. All transactions are reviewed and processed manually by our team

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable
• Unused Credits: Paid credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely
• Payment Verification: We reserve the right to request additional verification before adding credits
• Processing Time: Credit requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours during business days
• Payment Disputes: Contact us at learningplanai@gmail.com within 7 days of payment for any issues
• No Chargebacks: By submitting payment, you agree to our no-refund policy for activated credits

Credit Usage

Credits are deducted in the following priority:

1. Paid (purchased) credits are used first
2. Free credits are used after paid credits are depleted
3. Credits cannot be partially refunded
4. Users are responsible for managing their credit balance

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Review all AI-generated content before using it in educational settings

9. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use the Service to:

• Create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, offensive, or discriminatory
• Generate content for commercial resale without explicit permission
• Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create content that violates educational standards or student safety guidelines
• Use automated tools to scrape data or bypass access controls

10. Account Termination

GuroHero reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• Delete your data after account termination (retained in backups for 30 days)
• Refuse service to any user at our sole discretion
• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

11. Service Modifications and Interruptions

GuroHero reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

12. Limitations on Use

You acknowledge that:

• The AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content
• Not all suggestions or generated materials are suitable for every classroom
• Teachers retain full responsibility for classroom instruction and materials
• The Service is intended to assist, not replace, teacher judgment and expertise
• Curriculum compliance is the responsibility of the user

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuroHero and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Content you create or generate using the Service

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GuroHero regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

17. Changes to Terms

GuroHero reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when Terms are modified.
